1 Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kb22 platform and its users ("you" or "user"). Please read and understand these Terms fully before using the kb22 website, mobile app, or any of its services.

By accessing the platform or using any service, you will be considered to have unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, stop using the platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use services on kb22, the following conditions must be met:

You must operate a single account in your own name only.
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You must be willing to verify your identity and payment method when requested.
One person may not operate multiple accounts — this is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

kb22 may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include a national identity card, passport, or any government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and the associated funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password safe and never share it with a third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify kb22 support immediately.

3.2 Account Misuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Conducting coordinated or artificial betting activity for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
Depositing or withdrawing funds through fraudulent means.
Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, kb22 may temporarily suspend it. Contact the support team to reactivate it.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The kb22 platform currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Deposit transactions are generally credited instantly.
Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method originally used to make the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Standard withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes — to any approved payment method in Bangladesh.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kb22 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Bonus calculation examples:

Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500
Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳24,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated.
Specific games or bet categories may apply toward meeting wagering requirements.
kb22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus misuse is found, the entire bonus will be voided.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, kb22 reserves the right to void or recalculate any bet in the event of a technical issue, data error, or unusual circumstance.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, kb22's decision regarding that bet shall be considered final. In such cases, the staked amount is generally refunded.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

A limit on winnings may apply to certain games and betting markets. Details of the limit can be found in the guidelines for the relevant game or market.

6.4 Betting Prohibitions

Betting against yourself or betting on a result that is clearly predetermined will be treated as fraud.
Taking advantage of system errors or incorrect odds is prohibited.
Placing opposing bets on the same event from different accounts ("arbitrage") is not permitted.

7 Fair Play & Security

To ensure fairness across all games and betting activity on the kb22 platform, we use technical security measures. Our system is protected by SSL encryption.
